Hiring Freelance Sales & BD Contractors

For one-time projects, commission is structured by total project value: Below ₹15,000 earns 15%, ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 earns 20%, and Above ₹25,000 earns 25%. For recurring services (such as monthly digital marketing retainers), you receive 10% on eligible monthly service fees received by Harsolve while the collaboration agreement is active. General Rule: Commission is payable only on eligible client payments actually received by Harsolve while the freelancer's collaboration agreement is active. Payments received after the collaboration ends are not commission-eligible.

If a client pays before the freelancer's collaboration agreement is terminated, the commission for that received payment remains payable, even if the freelancer terminates afterward. If the client pays after the freelancer's collaboration has terminated, no commission is payable for that payment, even if the freelancer originally introduced or acquired the client. For recurring services, commission eligibility ceases immediately for future months upon termination by either party.

Yes, freelancers may work with international clients. However, all freelancer commissions are paid strictly in Indian Rupees (INR). Any foreign-currency amount received from a client will be converted into INR before the commission is calculated and paid. (The specific conversion rate method and exchange mechanism will be defined in the formal freelance agreement [policy to be defined in agreement]). No. Submitting an application merely acknowledges that you have reviewed the opportunity details and the Applicant Privacy Notice. The formal freelance sales partner agreement and its binding terms will be provided separately to selected candidates and will become applicable only after formal mutual acceptance.

No. As defined in Section 1 of our Terms & Conditions, this is strictly a freelance, independent contractor collaboration with zero fixed salary or employment benefits. Compensation is 100% commission-based on verified client payments received.
