- Confidentiality Respected: Where a Client explicitly identifies information as confidential and instructs Harsolve not to submit it to third-party AI tools, Harsolve respects those instructions, subject to contractual requirements.
- Tool Processing: Where authorized or necessary for service delivery, information processed through third-party tools is subject to the terms and privacy practices of those providers.
