Refund & Cancellation Policy


1. SERVICE-BASED WORK

  • Custom Development: Due to the resource-intensive nature of custom software and AI development, payments for milestones already reached or work commenced are non-refundable.
  • Consulting: Consulting fees are non-refundable once the session or project has started.

2. SUBSCRIPTION & SAAS

  • Monthly Plans: You may cancel your SaaS subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for the remaining days of the current billing cycle.
  • Annual Plans: Refunds for annual plans may be considered on a pro-rata basis if requested within 7 days of purchase, minus a 20% administrative fee.

3. HOSTING & INFRASTRUCTURE

Hosting fees are often paid in advance to third-party infrastructure providers and are strictly non-refundable.

4. CANCELLATION PROCESS

To cancel a service, you must provide written notice to support@harsolve.com at least 15 days before the next billing cycle or milestone.

5. NON-PERFORMANCE

If Harsolve fails to deliver a project as per the agreed Statement of Work due to its own fault, a partial refund may be negotiated based on the percentage of work completed and verifiable milestones.
