Operated by Raghav Patel • India
1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by Raghav Patel, an individual doing business under the trade name Harsolve ("Harsolve", "Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our"), based in India.
Harsolve provides customized professional services, including software development, AI solutions, digital marketing management, technical consulting, and managed hosting. Refund and cancellation terms are governed by the transparent principles set out below and the applicable Statement of Work (SOW), quotation, or agreement.
2. SERVICE CANCELLATION & MUTUAL EXIT
Both Harsolve and the Client have the right to terminate an ongoing service relationship by providing prior written notice as stipulated in the applicable Statement of Work (SOW), proposal, or written agreement.
- Work Performed: Upon cancellation by either party, fees for authorized work performed, completed milestones, or delivered services up to the effective date of termination remain payable and are non-refundable where contractually appropriate.
- Handover: Provided all outstanding invoices are settled, Harsolve will provide reasonable handover of exportable assets according to the applicable agreement.
3. WORK COMPLETED & THIRD-PARTY EXPENSES
- Completed Milestones: Fees paid for completed milestones, approved project phases, or work already performed are non-refundable where contractually appropriate.
- Third-Party Costs: Pre-committed third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the Client—such as third-party cloud hosting, domains, software licences, paid API usage, or advertising platform spend paid to third-party ad networks—are non-refundable where applicable.
4. RECURRING SERVICES & MANAGED HOSTING
- Recurring Management Services: Recurring services (such as marketing management or maintenance retainers) may be canceled for subsequent periods upon prior written notice as stipulated in the applicable agreement. Fees earned for active, current service periods are non-refundable.
- Managed Hosting: Managed hosting arrangements may be terminated upon prior written notice as stipulated in the applicable agreement. Handling of unused prepaid periods shall be governed by the applicable agreement and applicable law.
5. REMEDIES FOR NON-PERFORMANCE
If Harsolve materially fails to provide an agreed service due solely to Harsolve's failure, the Client may be entitled to an appropriate contractual remedy, such as:
- Correction or re-performance of the defective service;
- Service credit towards future work where agreed; or
- A proportionate refund for the undelivered portion of the service,
subject to the applicable agreement and applicable law.
6. CLIENT DELAYS & NON-COOPERATION
Project progress depends on timely cooperation, information, and approvals from the Client. Delays caused by the Client's failure to provide necessary access, materials, feedback, or approvals do not constitute a failure of performance by Harsolve and do not qualify for a refund.
